An explosion with tritol occurred in the early hours of the morning in Shkodër.
It is known that the explosive substance was planted in a car parked near the theater "Migjeni" in Shkodër.
The explosion happened around 04:20 this morning, February 23. The police immediately surrounded the area, while the tritoli was placed on a white 'Audi' type car with license plate AB 743 KO, which suffered extensive damage after the explosion.
Sources say the car is owned by a local owner in the vicinity. The camera footage shows the masked perpetrator approaching and setting a Molotov-shaped gasoline bottle on fire, throwing it and leaving, but then the car exploded.
The cause is suspected to be a momentary conflict that may have occurred between the owner of the car and other persons. However, the owner did not give many details to investigators about specific people.
So far there is no trace of the perpetrator, while the police will also look at the security cameras in the area that can help identify and catch them, as the vehicle was parked in a frequented area of the city of Shkodra, where many businesses are equipped with security cameras.
