An incident occurred in the court session of the "Golden Bullet" case.
Lawyer Ilir Dyzeni, defense attorney for Besian Xhixha, left the hearing after being threatened by Nuredin Dumani. According to Dyzeni, Nuredin Dumani told him that he was on offer (to kill him). The lawyer said that this was pressure, a pure threat, while addressing the SPAK prosecutor, telling him that he "is just pretending and not reacting."
The session was interrupted and the court removed Nuredin Duman from the courtroom.
"I can't tolerate someone threatening me in the courtroom and the prosecutor not reacting. He can't put pressure on me. I can't hear him telling me to put myself on the list, you're on offer," the lawyer said in outrage.
Meanwhile, the two hired killers, Nuredin Dumani and his soldier Henrik Hoxha, who have turned into repentant justice seekers, have confessed who is behind the failed assassination attempt on businessman Lulzim Masha, an event that occurred in the "Dry Lake" area on January 18, 2022.
Nuredin Dumani has confessed that the assassination attempt against the businessman was ordered by Aleksandër Baho, known by the nickname "Sakati", adding that he promised Henrik Hoxha an amount of 150 thousand euros for carrying out the murder.
The latter intervened, saying that the order was given for the businessman's son, but was later changed.
"The message was received for Lulëzim Masha's son. He was not found and then the message went to Lulëzim Masha, for him to come to the funeral. The message was from the cripple, Aleksandër Baho," said Henrik Hoxha.
