A person fired a firearm during the night in the Russian neighborhood of Shkodra. It is learned that the perpetrator shot from the fifth floor of the building in the direction of a car that was parked below.
After firing a gun, the perpetrator Fasli Nuti left the palace, but FNSH managed to locate and arrest him 3 hours after the incident.
