The police of the border point in Bllatë have seized 25 thousand undeclared euros in the bags of a couple from Great Britain.
The Prosecutor's Office of Dibra started the criminal proceedings for citizens EP, 30 years old, and BS, 30 years old.

The Border Police Services in Bllatë, in cooperation with the customs authorities in Bllatë, based on the risk analysis, have intensified controls in order to prevent, identify and combat the trafficking of monetary amounts, narcotics, firearms and any other border illegality. . In this context, at the entrance of the RSH, they passed to the second line, for a more detailed control, the "Audi Q7" type vehicle, driven by an EP citizen.
During the control exercised in this vehicle, in the personal bags of citizens EP, and BS, (spouses), the Police services found the amount of 25,070 pounds, undeclared, in accordance with the laws in force.
The amount of money was seized as material evidence.
At the end of the procedural actions for this case, the investigative structures of the DVP Dibër referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings began in free status for the citizens EP, 30 years old, and BS, 30 years old, resident in Great Britain, for the criminal offense "Non-declaration at the limit of money and valuables".
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Dibër General Jurisdiction, for further actions.
