Lawyer Naim Hasani has shown that this product is commonly bought everywhere and is massively used by young people during their parties.
Uncontrolled use can cause serious health problems among young people, therefore the authorities have drawn up a draft law that provides for the punishment of those who are caught with this substance, but also those who trade or distribute it.
"It will be classified as a category C drug, among cannabis. Those who are caught with it will be sentenced to 2 years in prison, while distributors up to 14 years in prison. The law has been presented to the British parliament and is expected to be approved after the government has the votes ." Hassan said.
Even in Tirana, this product has already entered the nightclubs frequented by young people and teenagers and is sold as if it were a simple drink.
