Nazmi Eduart Liçi, wanted for robbery in Elbasan, is arrested in Kavajë. He escaped from detention in December 2024.
According to the Police, Nazmi Liçi is accused of five thefts in Kavaja and Golem. After his arrest, Liçi will now face the charges that have been filed against him.
We recall that Nazmi Liçi and Ervis Peqini were escorted on the morning of December 31, 2024, after being wanted for theft. After the officers removed them from the vehicle in order to carry out the procedures for transfer to the IEVP, both were able to run away from the premises of the Elbasan DVP.
After this event, the Police Supervision Agency suspended 3 police officers for failing to prevent the escape of Nazmi Liçi and Ervis Peqini from the Elbasan Local Police Directorate.
