One of the most well-known names of the world of crime in the city of Kukës, Bujar Ajeti, alias Gërmizi, is involved in several businesses, where he mainly acted as a shadow shareholder, precisely in the private police "ORKA" and in a hydropower plant in Kukës.
Both these assets and other properties, where the shadow of Bujar Gërmizi is suspected to be, have been put under verification and it is expected that in the following days SPAK will undertake another operation to seize these assets.
This is because SPAK prosecutors, Altin Dumani and Vladimir Mara, in parallel with the investigation of the criminal offenses of providing the conditions to commit murder and drug trafficking, are also investigating the property assets, bank accounts, luxury vehicles owned by Bujar Ajeti, Erzen Breçani , his son, Eralbi and other people.
The information provided by "Ora News" indicates that Bujar Ajeti is the shadow owner of the private police "ORKA", which operates in the city of Kukës.
This police has as a shareholder with 100 percent ownership Bujar Gérmizi's brother, citizen Urim Gérmizi.
Initially, the company "ORKA" was founded in 2015 with the owner Adriatik Brahë. But in January 2019, against the sum of 1 million old lek, Braha has decided to sell the private police, Urim Gérmizi, the brother of Bujar Gérmizi alias Ajeti.
Despite the fact that Urim Gërmizi is the owner of the private police "ORKA" in the papers, in fact Bujar Gërmizi is the one who appears in the field and negotiates contracts in tenders for the physical security of state institutions and private institutions, such as hydropower plants and not only.
From an observation of the treasury system, it appears that from 2015 when it was established until January 2019, when it was sold to Urim Gërmizi, this private police has earned 10 million and 300 thousand old lek from the physical insurance of the Kukës Hospital.
Meanwhile, after January 2019 and until today, "ORKA" of the Gërmizi family in Kukës has won 156 million ALL from the tenders won in state institutions such as Kukës hospital, Hasi hospital, Kukes Court, Regional Agency of Agriculture.
In addition to these physical security services in state institutions, the private company "ORKA" is said to guarantee the physical security of some hydropower plants in Kukës.
In addition to this wealth, SPAK is also investigating Gırmiz regarding his role as a hidden shareholder in one of the small hydropower plants in Kukës./OraNews
