The court rejected the claims of Esmerald Balla, who killed and threw his father into a well in Shënavlash.
The author of the event, Esmerald Balla, stated that there was violence and physical conflict between them, but according to the judges, it must be proven with evidence, since neither of the two accused had any obvious violence.
Regarding the crime in Shënavlas, the police are continuing the investigation for other associates, who are suspected to have knowledge.
The conflict between father and son started while they were both in a car, delivering farm milk. According to Esmeraldi, they argued after the father took 75,000 euros from the joint family safe.
He shot him twice, leaving him dead on the spot. Then, he sent the body with the farm car to a well in the village, where they hid the body together with Edison Brahaj.
The latter is the author's friend, who helped the 34-year-old hide the victim's body.
