A fight between several people in Athens two days ago ended with the wounding of 3 young Greeks from the island of Crete, one of whom continues to be in serious condition and intubated.
The event happened along the Gazi district, an area known in the Greek capital for its nightlife.
Today, a video from a security camera was published on social networks, showing the moment when 2 people clashed with 3 Greeks on the island of Crete who had gone out to celebrate after a bachelor party.
On the street, they are in the night club, a physical conflict starts between them. Then, one of the perpetrators pulls out a pistol and cold-bloodedly shoots the 3 Greeks, two of whom are brothers.
The security cameras have filmed the moment when the perpetrator shoots the gun very calmly, laying 3 people on the ground. Meanwhile, other citizens were also there, but luckily they were not hit by the bullets.
After the incident, the perpetrators left in a Range Rover vehicle. Greek media reports today that the 2 perpetrators are suspected to be Albanians and are part of a gang that operates in Athens imposing fines on businesses.
The Athens press reports that these people are known in the "Gazi" neighborhood, but also to the Greek law enforcement authorities.
The Greek police have discovered that the car in which the perpetrators left was found to be rented. Numerous forces have been mobilized for their arrest, while there are doubts that they may have even crossed the border to Albania.
