A serious incident happened on the evening of August 13 around 20:40, in the Postribë unit in Shkodër, where Çel Shabaj, 43 years old, was injured.
But how did the fight between the author Kristjan Kakia and Çel Shabai start?
Çel Shabaj was getting ready to go to a wedding, but a bullet in his leg before leaving made it impossible.
The injured person was immediately sent to the regional hospital of Shkodra with an ambulance of the national emergency service and after the first aid provided by the doctors, his life is out of danger.
Meanwhile, immediately after the injury, the police arrested the suspected author of the injury, citizen Kristjan Kakija, and the officers also seized the weapon with which this crime was allegedly committed. Along with the author, there are also two other people who were in the vehicle with Kristjan Kakina.
Çel Shabaj was leaving his apartment in Postriba and at that moment he was coming from Prekali in the direction of Postriba. At that moment, a debate started between them about who should pass. According to the sources, citizen Kristjan Kakija, after leaving only a few meters, turned back again and pulled out his gun, injuring the 43-year-old.
At that moment, other members of the Shabaj tribe, who were very close by, intervened as they were also getting ready to go to the wedding, getting involved in a physical fight between them. A cousin of the wounded man managed to take the gun from the hand of the suspected perpetrator, who then left the scene. A few minutes after the injury, the police, through the "Eagle" forces, managed to arrest him, where the suspected weapon, a pistol type, with which he may have committed the injury, was also seized. The police and the prosecutor's office of Shkodra are continuing the investigations for the full disclosure of this injury that happened in Postriba on the evening of August 13.
