The Montenegrin police have arrested the perpetrator of the murder of the 29-year-old Albanian, Edmond Mustafa, on Tuesday morning in Tivar.
Local media reports that the suspected perpetrator has been identified as Dino Ibrahimovic.
According to eyewitnesses, Mustafa was shot more than 10 times and then the perpetrator left the scene on a motorcycle. The media reports that at the time of the murder, Mustafa was with his sister.
The killer approached from behind, fired a firearm from a distance of 10 meters and fled on a motorcycle. The victim is suspected to be a member of the "Skaljar" clan.
