Other details have been disclosed regarding the murder that took place in Durrës, where 40-year-old Halil Koka became a victim, after an argument with 35-year-old Ilir Koçilja.
One of the witnesses said that the perpetrator was running after the 40-year-old man, while the victim fell after taking a few steps and then died near the bins.
