The State Police has given more details about the seizure of more than 50 kilograms of drugs at the border point of Kapshtica.
The operatives say that today's operation took place within the framework of the nationwide operational plan "Rule of Law". In addition to seizing more than 50 kg of drugs, which were to be sent to Greece, the officers also seized weapons, as well as mobile phones and 5 cars.
The blue forces inform that within the anti-drug operation "Again" Julian Suljoti, Endri Merolli and Stelio Suljoti were arrested.

The anti-drug operation coded "Again" is finalized for the attack on another case of attempted narcotics trafficking.
The operation finalized after a 1-year investigation, developed by the Narcotics Investigation Section of DVP Korçë under the direction of the Korçë Prosecutor's Office, in cooperation with the Border Police.
51 kilograms of suspected narcotic substance cannabis, 1 firearm, pistol, 6 mobile phones and 5 vehicles were seized.
The possessor of the narcotic substance, suspected of trafficking this amount with his vehicle, towards Greece, was arrested in the act.
Two other suspected associates of his are also handcuffed.
Specialists of the Narcotics Investigation Section of DVP Korçë, after a 1-year investigative work developed to combat cross-border crimes, as well as following the implementation of measures within the national operational plan coded "Rule of Law", in the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, successfully completed the coded police operation "Again".
As a result of this operation, the following citizens were arrested red-handed:
-JS, 42 years old; EM, 28 years old and SS, 24 years old, residents of Korça.
The Police Services, based on the information provided during the investigative stages of this operation, where the citizen JS, suspected of trafficking narcotics towards Greece, organized the work and at the exit of the Republic of Albania, stopped the "Audi" type vehicle Q7", which this citizen was driving. During the control exercised in the second line, including the scanning process carried out by the customs authorities, in the part of the chassis of the vehicle, in a suitable place, 51 kilograms of suspected narcotic cannabis sativa were found and seized as material evidence. , divided into packages. Also, during the control exercised in a recycling plant for vehicle oils, owned by citizen JS, 1 "Zastava" type pistol firearm was found. Along with the amount of narcotics and the firearm, 6 mobile phones and 5 vehicles were seized.
From the conducted investigations, it is suspected that the 42-year-old's accomplices in this criminal activity were also two other EM citizens, and SS
In cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office, investigations are continuing for the complete documentation of this case and for bringing forward the legal responsibility of other citizens implicated in this criminal activity.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Korçë General Jurisdiction, for further actions.
