The identity of one of the victims of the assassination attempt in Shkodër at noon today has been revealed. He is Hamza Lici, the brother of Ibrahim Lici.
According to preliminary information, it is suspected that the incident took place in the "Dobraç" neighborhood, near the area of the former tombstone of the 5 heroes.

Who is Ibrahim Lici?
Ibrahim Lici was one of the most wanted by the police. A large sum of money was even offered for his arrest, for anyone who provided information.
Previously, the police published a list of information on the location of five highly wanted persons in Albania, one of whom is Ibrahim Lici.

The list comes with Jani Aliaj, accused of at least one murder; Ibrahim Licin, accused of several murders in Shkodër, including that of the two brothers Bilali and Erjon Llapushi, accused of murdering the head waiter of Fish City in Elbasan.
Ibrahim Lici was arrested on February 13 in a neighborhood of Istanbul after the exchange of information between the Albanian and Turkish police.
At the time of his arrest, a firearm and forged Belgian documents were seized from Lic.
