From "Waka Waka" to "Dai Dai", Shakira sets the World Cup rhythm alight again

Shakira will perform the official song of the 2026 World Cup, titled "Dai Dai".

The artist herself has ignited the enthusiasm of fans, after publishing a fragment of the song on social networks, while the full version is expected to be released on May 14th.

This is the second time that Shakira has performed the official anthem of a World Cup. We recall that in 2010 she brought the unforgettable hit Waka Waka (This Time for Africa), which accompanied the World Cup in South Africa and became a global phenomenon.

Meanwhile, at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, she performed another song related to the tournament, during the competition's closing ceremony.

The 2026 World Cup will be held in the United States, Mexico and Canada. The tournament is expected to start in a month and will include 104 matches, with the excitement and spectacle that it is expected to provide.
