1,700 families in the Korça Region are without electricity after the storm of the last 48 hours.
The most serious situation is in Bilisht, where after defects in the substation of this city, 1,444 families are left without electricity.
Another 208 families are without electricity in the villages of Protopapë, Peshtan, Mazrekë and Pulahe after the defect at the Rehova substation.
Also, 50 families are without power in the villages of Panarit, Ballabanovë, Treske and Grabockë due to the defect of feeder no. 6.
6 working groups from OSSHE Korça are on the ground working to normalize the situation, but the rugged mountainous terrain and the length of the lines make the situation difficult.
Bad weather has caused a series of problems on several road axes, mainly in the northern areas of the country, but also in the southeast.
According to the Albanian Road Authority (ARRSH), contractors have continued work to clear the roads of debris and stones falling from the slopes in several road segments.
Problems have been reported on the axes Tropojë-Bajram Curri-Valbonë, Bajram Curri-Fierzë, Sopot-Kam, Dushaj-Lekbibaj, Kukës-U. Zapotit-Shishtavec, Kukës-Krumë, Pukë-Fushë Arrëz-Fushë Dukagjin, Skurraj-Peshkopi, as well as Elbasan-Qafë Thanë, but ARRSH informs that the axes are open.
According to the Authority, the presence of water continues in several other important segments, such as Laç-Ura e Drojes, Qafë Gjashtë-Shën Vasil and Krane-Syri i Kaltër, Tepelena-Shtëpez.

Currently, all national axes are open to vehicle traffic, and authorities continue to monitor the situation.
Over the last 24 hours, the rainfall situation in Lushnja and Divjaka has been generally normal, with no water on agricultural lands and in areas that traditionally flood every year.
The three main reservoirs in the area continue to operate at full capacity. The Tërbuf reservoir is located at a depth of -140 cm, the Karavasta reservoir at -180 cm, and the Divjaka reservoir at -40 cm.
According to authorities, the pumps are operating with one or two units, depending on the flows.
Shkumbini is currently flat with its banks, while the most complicated situation is on the Seman River. The latter has overflowed its banks in the area of Ngurëza e Vogël to Imshtë, where the lands within the embankment are at low elevations.
Last evening, it was learned that small livestock and cattle were evacuated from areas at risk, as large floods were expected. Currently, the floods have not yet reached their peak, but are expected to arrive this afternoon, from the Osumi stream and its basin.
Meanwhile, flows from Devolli remain minimal, as they are deposited at the Banja hydroelectric power plant, which releases only the amount necessary for energy production, around 100 m³/s.
According to the head of the Lushnje sector of the Directorate of Drainage and Irrigation Board, engineer Ferdinand Dervishi, the situation is more than normal and the river's overflow has flooded 180 hectares of land within the embankment, while stables with small livestock and cattle have been evacuated.
The Mata Coast area in Lezha is at risk of flooding after the embankment of the Tale lagoon was damaged and as a result, water has flowed towards residential areas.
Residents are expressing outrage. One of them says that the swamp has been overcrowded because the hydropower plant has pumped water into the swamp.
He also states that nothing will be done if only gravel is thrown in, but demands concrete.
"It's flooding like in the '60s. When there was no dam. It's done the same way. The whole area is submerged in water. This work was done only for the sake of fishermen not going out to sea. The excavator took it 10 meters without joining the sea. Now it came and cracked here. The weakest point. They didn't have time to do it because there was a low part here and when it arrived it had to be reinforced so that it wouldn't crack. The swamp was loaded because the entire dam had brought water into the swamp. There was only one place to open because the water opens its way on its own. Here only the army brings concrete barriers because it can't hold with earth anymore. Here is the gravel, but it's not filled with gravel. Only with concrete," said the resident.
Another says that the cause of this situation is the detour of the road.
"When the road started, which was signed, they asked the company and I told them if there would be space left to open the canal. They didn't even leave room for excavation and they diverted the road project by over three meters. Now they have brought the sidewalk into the canal and moved the road into the canal, here we are flooded by this road. 57 million that the state has brought for tourism and we are flooded as a country. Edhe lumi i Kërpices në fshatin Kërpice të Njësisë Administrative Kushovë shfaq një situatë të stabilizuar, me prurje të reduktuara.
Probleme janë regjistruar në furnizimin me energji elektrike në disa zona malore, përfshirë zonën e Sopotit në bashkinë Prrenjas, fiderin e Banjës në bashkinë Gramsh, si dhe fshatrat Selitë dhe Mollas në bashkinë Cërrik.

Në Bashkinë e Fushë Arrëzit raportohet për rrëshqitje dherash, gurësh dhe vërshime uji në rrugët rurale, duke vështirësuar qarkullimin. Gjithashtu ka ndërprerje të shkurtra të energjisë elektrike në disa fshatra.
Problemtika paraqiten edhe në Bashkinë Pukë, ku raportohet për dëmtime në disa rrugë rurale në Njad Gjegjan dhe Luf-Qerret dhe shembje skarpatash.
Situata vijon të jetë problematike nga moti i keq në Vlorë. Lumi Vjosa ka arritur në kuotën maksimale dhe ka dalë nga shtrati në pjesën e tregut pranë Urës së Mifolit. Rrezikohen që të përmbyten tokat bujqësore.
Ndërkohë, situata në qarkun e Fierit paraqitet jo problematike sa i përket reshjeve të rëna gjatë natës, të cilat kanë qenë intensive. Sipas informacioneve nga Prefektura e Fierit, ka një shtim të prurjeve në Përmet e Memaliaj, që mund të reflektohen gjatë mesditës në zonën e Fierit.
