Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has reacted harshly to the serious case where three Albanians fell prey to the barbaric violence of seven aggressors in Montenegro.
Calling it a serious and criminal act, Berisha writes on Facebook that this case is not isolated and comes after the state violence that the border police used against professor Petraq Milo.
The former prime minister says that such acts are contrary to the friendly projects between the two countries.
And recently, after the news that five of the perpetrators have been put in handcuffs, Berisha asks the neighboring authorities to bring the organizers to justice.
" A serious racist criminal act! The rape of three young Albanians, apparently for ethnic reasons, in Montenegro by criminal groups and in ultra-nationalist paramilitary uniforms, constitutes a blind act of serious and reprehensible primitive racism.
This violence is not an isolated case because it comes after the state violence that the police at the border crossing point used against the respected professor Petraq Milo. These acts instigated by Belgrade's ultranationalists come in open opposition to serious projects for friendly relations and the value of these relations between neighboring countries.
Wishing the victims a speedy recovery and punishing the perpetrators of this animal violence with the greatest severity, I ask the authorities of the neighboring country, who have arrested five of the bandits, to bring the sponsors, organizers and authors of this act to justice ugly r." - writes Berisha.
