Democratic Party MP Flamur Noka stated that Sali Berisha did not help his son-in-law, but allowed him to build on a property he legally inherited.
In an interview on the "Review" show on 'Euronews Albania', Noka said that Edi Rama himself gave the construction permit on that plot of land, but according to him, this evidence has disappeared from SPAK.
" The land has been returned to 5 families there. If you remember these five families started the procedure in '94. It has been returned by the property restitution commission that they are the owners. During the time of Prime Minister Nano, the former minister Anastas Angjeli started the procedures for the privatization of the club which went up to the president of that time, remove it from the expansion plan and pass it as free and simple state property.
Edi Rama, as mayor, removes it from the sports area and turns it into a plot for construction, he also gives permission for this. SPAK has destroyed these and they try to put the blame on Berisha. You know how guilty Berisha is, because he allowed his son-in-law to develop the inherited and legal property ," said Flamur Noka.
