Veliaj's arrest, Rama reacts again: Tomorrow we will talk about independent justice!

Prime Minister Edi Rama has reacted again after the arrest of Mayor Erion Veliaj. Through a post on the social network "Facebook", Rama said that tomorrow morning in the "sy më sy" column, he will discuss the independence of justice and at the same time the need to raise his voice when there are abuses.  

He emphasized that Albania in 2030 will be in the European Union also for an independent judiciary that guarantees democratic standards.

" Tomorrow morning again, face to face for a discussion that must continue, for our duty to guarantee the independence of justice from political power and at the same time to raise our voice when we notice abuses of independence to the detriment of democratic standards. Albania 2030 must and will be in the European Union also for an independent justice system, which guarantees democratic standards and respects the constitutional separation of powers ," Rama writes.
