The denunciation of corruption terrifies the SP, they do not stop the attempts

The majority has thoroughly entered into the capture of KLSH and this situation can be seen in every appearance of the socialists for the media and in the meetings of the commissions that they hold...

The head of the Parliamentary Group of the SP, Bledi Çuçi, has admitted that the majority is trying to seize the Supreme Control of the State.

When asked by journalists if the draft law on the work of the KLSH is an initiative to control the internal budget of the KLSH institution, Çuçi said that there is no pressure since the international ones are included in this process.

He further asserts that the control of an independent institution such as KLSH is not a matter to worry about, since according to him this is a model that other countries have and it is something that is being reached in consensus, he says.

Question: Does this draft law affect the work of the SSC, and what really impressed me is that this initiative also undertakes procedures for external auditors in order to control the internal budget of this institution, which is considered independent?

Çuçi:  I'm glad you pointed out that it is not an initiative of the majority. It is a product of expertise with international partners in relation to a more specific type of focus for the work done by the HLSH in relation to the legal and constitutional right it has. There can be no pressure as long as internationals are involved in this work, besides this there is a proposal to be led by the opposition. I believe that it is not an issue to worry about, it is a model that other countries have and it is something that is being reached in consensus and there is no need to worry about the issue.

The majority has fundamentally entered the capture of KLSH and this situation can be seen in every appearance of the socialists for the media and in the meetings of the commissions that they hold.

One of them is Eduard Shalsi, who is doing everything to poke his nose into the High State Control. Yesterday, he called a hearing with the Director of Budget and Debt in the Ministry of Finance, Mimoza Dhëmbi, at the same time that the Supreme State Audit was supposed to report to the commission.

The official justification that Eduard Shalsi gave to his colleagues, in the absence of a legal basis to support this session, was that the deputies were concerned by the findings of a report of the High State Audit, which demanded the dismissal of Mimoza Dëmbi.
