The Euro-Atlantic Coalition has reported Prime Minister Edi Rama to SPAK for the decision of the Council of Ministers to forgive administrative fines imposed by the government from 2015 to 2024.
The complaint was filed by the Euro-Atlantic Coalition's candidate for deputy for the Tirana district, Rajmond Dervishi, who states that the VKM is in serious violation of the criminal code.

As we enter the last 24 hours of the government in office, the permanent thief turned addicted kleptomaniac, the incumbent Prime Minister Edi Rama, frightened by the real polls who cannot capture 71 mandates, in serious violation of the criminal code, the electoral code and the fundamental principles of the Constitution of the Republic of Albania and the European Convention on Human Rights, has approved on 9.5.2025 the Council of Ministers for the forgiveness of administrative fines imposed by his fine-imposing government from 2015 to 2024.
The approval of this DCM in this timeframe aims to distort the will of voters in order to deceive them for a handful of votes.
