The Democratic Party and its allies close the May 11 campaign today with a rally on the new boulevard.
It is not known why the Democrats chose this location to close the campaign, while the campaign opening rally was held at "Mother Teresa" Square.
Opposition supporters have gathered along the boulevard, where chairs have been placed, while demonstrators are holding national, EU and US flags, as well as the flags of the Democratic Party.
At the closing campaign rally, alongside Democratic leader Sali Berisha, Chris LaCivita, the American strategist who led the Democratic campaign, is also expected to give a speech.
