A video published by the socialist candidate for MP in Shkodra, Edona Bilai, has caused numerous reactions.

She uses in the video an elderly man (actor Besnik Çinari) in serious health condition in the hospital.

Despite his current condition, he says that his last wish is to live until May 11, just to fulfill the promise he made to Edona Bilali to vote for him.

There were accusations online that she was using the death for electoral effect. After the backlash, the video was later removed from her social media pages.
