The chairman of the parliamentary group of the Socialist Party, Taulant Balla, has responded to Sali Berisha in Parliament, who asked to put the issue of mujahedin, whose camp in Manza, Durrës, was checked by the police by order of SPAK and GJKKO.
Balla said that the issue cannot be put to a vote to be included or not in the agenda, as it has not been filed as a request.
As such, according to Balla, there is no request to vote.
"There is a form for the presentation of requests which are presented before the session, there is no such request filed. The one who pretends to be upset about what justice is investigating does the same every time justice does its duty. The Assembly can neither get involved nor interfere in matters that belong only to justice. This is a case where the State Police has implemented point by point the decision and order of the prosecution.
Using an event like this for political purposes is something that this country has known for 32 years that this person who just spoke is doing the raven while we have to get on with the business of the day. We cannot vote for something that does not exist. There is a procedure to change the agenda, so there is no need for a vote, we just move forward with the issues on the agenda", said Taulant Balla, among other things.
