Sali Berisha continues to claim that the Americans and the British have fallen on his neck in vain. Today, Apeli overthrew the head of the DP, who demanded that he be removed "non grata" from London.
Speaking from the window, Berisha continued to say that there is no proof or fact and that he is being slandered.
And while the British made the announcement "non grata" for corruption and links to crime, Berisha on the other hand accuses of transnational Albanian-British corruption which, according to him, has included the administration of the United Kingdom government.
" After the exclusion, as the English call it in the official language, of Sali Berisha from entering Great Britain, I decided the same thing, not to lobby, but to sue the authors of low defamation in the courts for defamation. But British law did not allow going to court without appeals to the Special Appeals Commission, which examines the Home Office's decisions as a commission.
So a commission had to look into the complaint and after its opinion, I gained the right to appeal to the English court system. Today, in its decision, the Special Appeals Commission for Immigration Complaints states that it did not investigate whether the allegations against Berisha are true or not.
In paragraph 17 of the decision, this commission states that it investigated whether the Secretary of State correctly analyzed the evidence before her. But once again, I emphasize that the procedure we followed was extremely valuable, for each of you, for each Albanian.
This procedure proved that for Sali Berisha, for the decision against him, there is no evidence, no truth, no facts, only shame, only slander, only fabrications , "said Berisha.
He said that in the Home Office's decision for the official review of this institution, thousands and thousands of pages submitted by him were hidden.
" This concealment is a fact, affirms SIAC today, which says that the legal representatives of the government have not given the Home Office our evidence, thousands and thousands of pages, documents, as they claimed and deceived that they were submitted late. The evidence, the facts presented by my lawyers in thousands of pages, brought down, melted like the sun's rays the ice, the deception of the corrupt diplomats and their corruptors, Edi Rama, Erion Veliaj and Lulzim Brava.
Therefore, thousands of pages were not submitted to the Secretary of State because she would learn the truth with these pages and because if they were submitted to her, they would necessarily be accepted by SIAC. SIAC accepted only the documents submitted to the Secretary of State ", said Berisha.
