Tonight on the show "Open" there is a discussion about the meeting of the Presidency of the Democratic Party and the tensions of the meeting organized yesterday evening.
The deputy of the Democratic Party, Dashnor Sula, spoke out against the candidacy of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha and Lulzim Basha for party chairman, saying that they are like 'serial losers like Turkish soap operas', as he repeatedly said 'they took our party'.
Excerpts from the debate:

Even there, the platforms that were started as constructive, so it was not linear. What I would propose would be to have the platforms facing each other in one folder. You had studied and talked with points and with compromise you had chosen a point of view. This did not happen.
Sefa: About what Godole said. Godole spoke of what was on his mind. The presidency has 27 members, where there is debate.

Sula: I call myself successful in politics and business and I would not lower my integrity. All a well prepared scenario. It was all about the 15th of July. Who was the deal? I bluntly stated that we cannot have an election for either Berisha or Basha. New faces and new organization will be needed for PD. Reorganization is not brought about by serial losers like Turkish soap operas. Since you are concerned about July 15, we are not looking for a chairman, when we have no members. Do you understand what is happening? They say to elect the chairman before the members. I said; since you are concerned, I remove the thought that Mr. Basha should not run, and we will enter the election on July 15 with the DP membership lists of 2021.
Godole: There was tension in there. One part wants PD there, while the other is making a platform to unite it. It was a very strong spirit of division. The lack of organism had taken its toll. It's been 2 years since I got together with all my colleagues. The first time I had participated in such a debate was two years ago. Even the diversion that takes place in public opinion, part of it is with Basha and Berisha, just like conspiracy theories. I also tried not to harbor doubts. I must have heard the debates in the media, I myself had some mild doubts. If we had joined Foltore, we would have joined. Even inside there was tension. I don't know if the outside part was debated by us.
