My friends, today we honored this great event on its 15th anniversary, at a time when Albania has kicked, abandoned the values, principles, ideals of freedom that unite the nations of the most powerful political and military alliance of the globe.
Albania today is the only country in which all powers are concentrated in one hand. But NATO is not a club of sultanates, but NATO is a club of free, sovereign countries. Of governments elected by the free vote of their citizens. Of citizens who vote freely in dignity. And Edi Rama has transformed Albania, a member of NATO, into a monist country in Europe.
