The transfer of the Central Intelligence Agency to the "virtual minister" risks removing American control over strategic data, opening the door to Arabs and Rama's flattery towards Beijing...
Edi Rama's bloated "minister", the virtual hologram 'Diella', has been stuck since the first days of her work as an "intelligent" public procurement administrator.
The National Business Center Registry has not been operational for more than 34 hours, while the day before, the historical procurement database for the administration was not even displayed. Operators who have this electronic gateway as their only working bridge are alarmed, as they are risking not only their participation in competitions, but also their approved procurement transactions.
This situation is not related to any new investment or electronic robot created by the government to strengthen the server and security of this vital platform for business, but to the fact that the infrastructure of the Central Bank was built by an American investment, launched during Sali Berisha's first term. This project was financed through the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) program, as part of the "One Stop Shop" model, a unique window for services, which included not only the establishment of the infrastructure, but also its maintenance.
Businessmen and officials who interact with this system have received notice that the defect is temporary, as the server will be transferred from the Central Bank to “Diella”. But this action, which at first glance seems technical, is in reality much more serious. The transfer of the server means the US government's disconnection from maintenance, as is in the contract, and automatically the inability of US services and authorities to access the registry data.
This constitutes an open incident, the consequences of which may become apparent in the coming days. The question that arises is: who prepared the “Sun” server? Because in artificial intelligence technology the main actors are the USA and China. Will it be the Americans again, or are third actors entering the game, such as the government of the United Arab Emirates, which has long been a strong supporter of authoritarian governments: from Putin to Vučić?
We recall that this government has financed and maintains the cameras installed by Edi Rama throughout the country, controlling every movement in the Republic of Albania. This fact raises strong questions about the security of our data, which may be in the hands of the government of Sheikh Zayed and his allies.
Are the Arabs also gaining access to "Diella", or is Rama going even further?
Today from Vienna, the prime minister declared that "China is not our enemy", the fourth flattery towards Beijing in two weeks. A move that does not seem accidental, especially when these signals also coincide with the attitudes of people who until yesterday worked next to Rama's office and today appear as analysts in the studio./ Pamphlet
