SP resolution, Zhupa against Rama: Talk about corruption and pass custom laws

Deputy of the Democratic Party Ina Zhupa said that high officials have approved custom laws.

During her speech in the assembly, Zhupa said that we should recall some of the concessions with pre-solicited offers, such as the Milot-Balldre highway, the Vlora airport, the 400 million euro incinerators, etc.

According to her, it is a paradox to talk about corruption from the headquarters of this assembly, which is the headquarters from where legislative corruption takes place according to the Transparency International report.

"You have passed custom laws, such as the special law for the Theater, the law for the Butrint concession, the law for public property, the law for audiovisual media, the law for gambling, the law for the national lottery, the law for the Academy of Sciences, the law for strategic investments, the law on protected areas, concession laws and PPPs. It is enough to recall some of your concessions with unsolicited offers such as the Milot-Balldre highway, the Vlora airport, the 400 million euro incinerators, or the health concessions where only sterilization and check up are 200 million euro. You have filled an entire session of prison 313 with ex-SP official, ex-minister and ex-MP. With all these records, you have the courage to talk to us about corruption.

Since Klosi, your secretary mentioned Rames' plans across Europe, as I was asked last time, why don't you make it transparent who pays for the municipal buses, the expenses of Rames and other officials, the expenses of the stadiums, the costs and expenses for the organizations and the guests ?! Do we pay it from the state budget or does it pay some oligarch in exchange for another custom law?! This is corruption. You are working every day in the fact that you add Albania to the diaspora, that you are the main factor with the bad governance that is depopulating the country and people flee. You have 6 months, you don't think you can retouch the truth, erase a reality that Albanians are watching every day.

How can you have the moral card today when once in the OSCE reports it is talked about the mayor of Rama asking for 20% of the tender, while now you have moved to the municipality of Tirana in receiving 100% of the tender. Where with the companies 5D, 5M or 5K you set a new standard of corruption! You also make a resolution! It's like making a resolution against prostitution, the ladies who work on the red street in Holland.

How can you prioritize the fight against corruption when you call corruption pears and plums?! How to eat fruit, as a normal thing that could happen?! The only problem with your prime minister is when you don't share these fruits with him but eat them behind his back. This is the only corruption that should be fought behind the back and not when they eat and share with the prime minister.

Albanians are the most stolen and poor people in Europe, they are the people who can't even enjoy the vital minimum, they are the people whose taxes go into the pockets of the governors. And they don't need a resolution! Even if you want to do an act against corruption, at least stop paying the non-existent incinerator. There is no incinerator in Tirana, take the payments, take them to the pensions and you have done an act against corruption. As for the resolutions, hang them and keep them in your homes" , said Zhupa during her speech.
