During an interview, the lawyer Kara reveals that the Special Prosecutor's Office (SPAK) has finalized the investigations of Ilir Meta's corruption files, while also showing why the arrest of the PL president is being delayed. Also, he reveals that he is ready to crack the "Metamorfoza 4" file, where, according to him, senior politicians will sink.
-Mr. Kara, has the recourse for the punishment of Kastriot Ismailaj been dismissed?
An expected decision, I had 100% conviction that this decision would be. And why it was difficult, this also shows that the file has been well argued for theft and fraud and money laundering in large amounts and we are now continuing the rest of this file, which is a corruption activity. Then the Court and the Prosecutor's Office did not have the courage to treat it in terms of corruption, to direct its eyes to the high state officials, in this case we are dealing with Berisha, Meta and some others.
- How will this decision affect the investigations being carried out by the process?
This is the decision which approves and reconfirms the two previous decisions of the first instance and the appeal, for which Meta has said that this issue has been judged once. It has not been judged. We have another classification, Meta does not go for theft and fraud if it goes before the Court tomorrow, on the contrary, in this case we are dealing with corruption. Then that was the approach and courage of the justice bodies, to see it as truncated as possible. He did not have the courage to approach him and think of approaching other higher officials. Even today we are seeing that it is very difficult, SPAK is also measuring well, a structure which has been prepared spiritually and materially. - We had a SPAK mega-operation with 50 arrest warrants, but many of these have not been executed as many of the people have left the country. We are dealing with a deconspiracy, does the lawyer consider this operation a failure?
Not the SPAK, but I call it a failure, de-conspiracy and a great shame of the Police. We know the problems in the police, we know who they are but they also make fun of our problems when we raise concerns. If the Albanian citizens take it upon themselves to make a report like I did, they will be laughed at just like they have laughed at me. Today I was asked if there will be any threat today, will there be tomorrow. There are no more threats that the dice have been cast, the price on our head may have been set for us, nothing else. These are mockers, they are spokesmen for their bosses who are in prison today. These mock us, these are a shame. The criminal police should be punished more than the criminal who aided and abetted all this.

- You said that the police are making fun of you and you showed your case. Do you feel threatened Mr. Kara?
