The Special Prosecutor's Office has impeached Prime Minister Edi Rama and some of his ministers or former ministers.
In recent days, the head of the government has started an action to control justice and it seems that his plight is from what may come to the glass building near the former train station. In SPAK, there are some sensitive files that are being investigated and the signals given by the prosecution itself are that we may have strikes at the highest levels.
SPAK on its official website has published details on the requests for information that have been addressed to it in recent months. One of them was related to the investigations that have been started on the abuse of IPARD funds. SPAK has confirmed that investigations are ongoing. The person being investigated is Frida Krifca. SPAK itself has preferred not to give names, stating that it is an investigative secret.
" We inform you that the Special Prosecutor's Office is conducting investigations regarding the distribution of IPARD program funds by AZHBR. The criminal procedure in question is still at the stage of preliminary investigations. Based on Article 279/1 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the investigative acts and their contents constitute an investigative secret. For this reason, they cannot give you further information about whether there are persons under investigation or who they are , says SPAK.
On the other hand, the prosecution has confirmed that the investigations into the "McGonigal" scandal continue. Prime Minister Rama is the target there. According to her, the investigations are in the preliminary phase.
Another name is Ilir Beqja. It seems that he is giving up on the sterilization affair, but SPAK has opened an investigation for two other health concessions, that of laboratories and that of "Check Up".
Regarding the concession of "Providing laboratory services to university, regional and municipal hospitals", obtained by the company "LABORATORY NETWORKS", it turns out that criminal proceedings have been registered in the Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime . This criminal proceeding is in the stage of preliminary investigations. "Regarding the concession "Giving by Concession/Public Private Partnership of the basic medical check-up service package for the ages 40-65", won by the company "3P Life Logistic", it turns out that criminal proceedings have been registered in the Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime. This proceeding is in the preliminary investigation phase , "said SPAK.
