Foreign Minister Igli Hasani is holding a media conference this Monday with his Turkish counterpart, Hakan Fidan.
During the joint press conference in Tirana, Hasani said that there is a historical and solid friendship between the two countries.
Hasani further said that the agreement on the Mutual Recognition of Driving Licenses will soon come into force.
" Friendly Turkey has always been by our side in our most difficult days. The relations between our countries have only known growth and consolidation. The intensification of the political dialogue between us has brought an increase in bilateral cooperation. We discussed cooperation in the economic and commercial fields. We await the entry into force of the agreement on the Mutual Recognition of Driving Permits. The successful fulfillment of our commitments for 2024 will also require cooperation with Turkey. I appreciate Turkey for supporting the recognition of Kosovo in the international arena. Russian aggression in Ukraine, let's increase coordination to face the security challenges , "said Hasani.
