According to the information provided by "Pamphlet", the investigation showed that the boss of the landfills, Mirel Mërtiri, obtained the data of the "TIMS" system from a relative of his, a law officer.
It has been proven by the expertise carried out by BKH investigators and FBI experts in the "Cell" of the "TIMS" system, that the data on the prosecutor of SPAK, Klodian Braho and on the former minister Arben Ahmetaj, were withdrawn by the prosecutor Mariola Mërtiri, the woman of Mirel Mërtir's brother.

The fact that his sister-in-law, the prosecutor, did not have any investigation process against the persons whose personal data was withdrawn in the "TIMS" system, has created the conviction with evidence that she was used as an accomplice by her brother-in-law Mirel Mërtiri.
In the same way, it has been established that her interventions and data collection in the "TIMS" system belong to the period after April 2018, when prosecutor Mariola Mërtiri was appointed head of the Special Task Force "Forca e Lagiti" and was given access to unlimited control in the "TIMS" system.
She justified the intervention and withdrawal of any data, after the fact that the "Forca e Lagiti" Task Force had the right to track and investigate organized crime, corruption, connections of high state officials with organized crime, cleaning of money with smuggling and trafficking.
