Argita Malltezi has again commented on the decision of the Court of Appeal, which gave the seal and logo of the Democratic Party to Sali Berisha.
She said that this decision was expected and deserved. According to Malltez, this was a fair decision as it protects pluralism in Albania.
She also commented on the condition of lawyer Mêngjesi.
"The news is positive. So far it looks like confirmed positivity in terms of life. They woke him up and he reacted well. We hope that there will be a complete and quick recovery", said Malltezi for "Fax News".
Malltezi emphasized that the violence against Mangejes was not a matter of property.
"Of course it was an attack with a political background. Who would be interested except Edi Rama to send a public message like the one sent to Manjjesi", added Argita.
Malltezi also spoke about the case where Mr. Berisha was punched, saying that he was not in Albania, but was following the situation with headphones. She said that he was a great friend and there is no doubt that it was a political attack. Malltezi invited all the democrats to return to their house.
"The door is open to all democrats who have not turned their backs on the Democratic Party ," she said.
As for the relationship with Lulzim Basha, Malltezi said that there are two paths that do not come together.
