DP continues to be divided as to the next steps...

The group of Sali Berisha and that of Gazmet Bardhi are thinking of getting stuck in the Parliament and going on a hunger strike. Today, the discussions of the previous day in the group meeting have been clarified and some of the deputies have put forward the idea to toughen the action, while others to review the reports with the Parliament.

Names like Tomor Alizoti, Tritan Shehu, Luan Baçi or Edmond Spaho have made it clear to Bardhi that the leader of PD is Berisha and people came out to protest only thanks to him.

According to the debates uncovered by journalist Osman Stafa, Bardhi was asked for more information on the Opposition Federation. Afterwards, the MPs have declared that they will resubmit the requests to the Assembly for the establishment of investigative commissions and if the SP does not accept, they can go to the test and the hunger strike. But this is not accepted by Spaho, as according to him they would look ridiculous.

DEBATES

Gazment Bardhi: Thank you for your commitment to the February 20 protest. You should be interested in the protesters in your areas who have been arrested, as far as I know, 6 are detained. Also, I ask you to continue your engagement on the ground and the meetings with the citizens in your areas during the following days. As for the senace, the action will continue tomorrow. The amnesty law is on the agenda, which in normal situations should be a consensual law. We do not vote for it, for two reasons: First, we are in action in the parliament, and second, we have no idea about the draft, what it includes. We have learned from the media that they have lifted the ban so that the poor entities or those who declare their assets do not benefit. This is unacceptable for us. They tried yesterday, also to shift the attention from the protest, which they bill to Bledioni. Bledion's amendment has nothing to do with what they have proposed. I sent the full explanation for this to you in the group. In the end, after an hour, the office of the assembly meets, we will go there to support the protesting colleagues.

Greta Bardeli: I thank my colleagues from the Shkodër district, as MPs, heads of branches and the members who were at the protest yesterday as free people, with a democratic spirit, on the day of the fall of the statue of Enver Hoxha, they came and protested. I request that in the future the meeting of the parliamentary group of the DP be held in every district, where on the same day the active member of the DP branch is also called. In this meeting, after the opening of the electoral campaign by the head of PD, Dr. Berisha, the electoral program will be discussed with our members in the districts, where Dr. Berisha's message will also be conveyed.

Tomor Alizoti: I'm not a Berishist, I don't love Berisha, but that man has the ability to be a politician. People come to protests out of dissatisfaction, out of boredom with the government and Sali Berisha. The rest of us are all the same, there is no need to call someone more important than the other. About 80% of people come from Berisha.

Luan Baci : I also think that the citizens respond in the square because of the leader of the Democratic Party, which is Sali Berisha.

People come to the square for Sali Berishen. He is the inspirational leader.

Tritan Shehu: I continue to demand a Resolution condemning the political imprisonment of Sali Berisha. I don't want the group meeting to be revealed. It is a matter of morality. What I am talking about here, I did not want to appear in the media.

Flamur Noka: We have nothing to do with Tritan, our discussions always come up. Then we have nothing to hide, we are transparent.

Tritan Shehu: As far as the criminal amnesty is concerned, how long have we maintained this position until now (opposition action), it's a shame for us to go vote for amnesty, how long have we been in this situation. But I think we should review the relationship with the parliament.

Luan Baçi: Why don't you inform us about the Opposition Federation. And the other, will the allies be on our lists? We have no information.

Bardhi: The Federation is an opposition political project, it is not an electoral coalition. It could be an electoral coalition tomorrow, but we are not at that stage yet.

Bardhi: What will we do following our opposition action, hunger strike or so on? We will have to decide. There are proposals to once again pay the demands in the Assembly, there are proposals for this, there are proposals for hunger strikes. We will discuss all this in a special meeting next week.

Sorina Koti: I am of the opinion that we should once again make the requests for the establishment of parliamentary investigative commissions. If they are not accepted, then I am of the idea that we get stuck.

Spaho: I have taken it upon myself to tell you all the things in the group and I am against the test and the hunger strike, because we will become ridiculous.
