In Zveçan, it is reported that protesters have blocked the circulation of a Kosovo Police car.
The car seems to have headed towards members of the NATO mission in Kosovo, KFOR, but has now been blocked.
Citizens occupied the road and the car remained in place.
On Monday morning, the president and vice president of the Serbian List, Goran Rakiç and Igor Simiç, were seen in front of the municipal building of Zveçan.
They were also present during last week's protests. Both have made continuous appeals to the members of KFOR to be the only guarantors of security in that part, and that there are no members of the Kosovo Police.
Lista Serbe, the main party of Serbs in Kosovo, has boycotted the April elections for mayors of municipalities in the north. She has also called on the citizens not to participate in the elections.
