The delicate victimization that is happening in the case of Klan Kosova, does not stick, not because Albin Kurti and his government are angels, or because they love the freedom of the press.
In the ruling majority of Kosovo, there are a lot of people who cannot stand the criticism that comes from the media or society. This was seen in the case of two years ago, when 'Pamphlet' published the big problems in the Ministry of Health of 'Arben Year One'.
However, the case of the Devils and Klan Kosova, frankly opened not in principle, but tactically by the government, must be plowed to the end. As it constitutes one of the most dangerous contaminations of Kosovo, the state, its society and warns of the occasional hostage taking of this society in the coming years.
Without going into the whole problem of the matter, let's take two events of this case to the surface, to see how malignant this infection is.
Klan Kosova is an open media in Kosovo by Aleksandër Frangaj with Baton Haxhiu, for which they even received a national license. How it was created and where the money came from was completely messed up. It is only known that that television, even though, it must be said, had professionalism in many of its sectors, was Hashim Thaçi's clientele.
Meanwhile, the transaction of the sale of Klan Kosova from Frangaj-Haxhiu to the Devolli brothers is an enigma in itself, which needs to be clarified in the clearest possible way.
Where did the money from the sale of Klan Kosova go and where did it come from, what happened to the transaction, and why did the government or the controlling authorities of the media market in Kosovo allow a transaction with a company that is registered as 'Kosovo i Metohije'.
It is not even a secret, and in Pristina that no one has ever made an issue, even though it is a big scandal, that most of the businessmen of Kosovo have a fiscal code of Serbia, entitled 'Kosovo i Metohija'. All these businessmen were also the deputy prime minister of Kosovo and MP, in a word, people of all governments until Albin Kurti came to power.
Almost all the big exporters of Kosovo have had and have Serbian commercial and fiscal nephews.
In fact, when Ramush Haradinaj was the prime minister of the country, the headquarters of the government was also the antenna of Omnitel of Kariçë, who also have a nephew 'Kosovo i Metohije', as does his partner from Dukagjin, who, like Devollët, has media important audiovisual in Kosovo.
Pasja e një regjistri tregtar në Serbi, nuk është një status i domosdoshëm. Pasi biznes në Serbi bëjnë shumë shqiptarë të Kosovës që janë të regjistruar në Kosovë e paguajnë tatime rregullisht. Por ky lloj regjistrimi i ka dhënë këtyre subjekteve dhe miliarderëve të Kosovës një status special nga qeveria serbe. Vetëm për këtë arsye, këta biznesmenë nuk duhej që ta vijonin këtë gjendje vasaliteti e poshtrimi, që konsiderohen si qytetarë serbë me karta identiteti, pasaporta, karta biznesi e që paguajnë taksat në qeverinë serbe.
Tashmë që ata janë të kamur, mund ta bëjnë shumë kollaj shkëputjen nga Serbia, duke thënë se boll më kanë paguar për favoret fiskale, e rradhën e ka të kontrobuojnë për buxhetin e Kosovës.
Por shkëputja nuk bëhet aq kollaj, sepse BIA ka dosje edhe më të zeza, që mund t’i nxjerrë e madje edhe t’i denoncojë e dënojë. Pra me fjalë të tjera, këta shqiptarë të kamur, janë të kapur nga Beogradi. Janë në grackë ! E si të tillë, nuk do të duheshin që të marrin licensa të sektorëve strategjikë të Kosovës siç janë mediat, energjitika, telekomunikacioni, apo edhe ushqimi i popullatës.
Devollët e shokët e tyre, siç e dimë janë njerëzit që kanë në dorë, përveç produkteve bazë ushqimore, energjitikën, mediat, por edhe shëndetësinë.
Një material gjerman i sapobotuar që vjen prej agjencive ligjzbatuese të Berlinit, thekson se një sasi e madhe mediash në Ballkan, duke përfshirë Serbinë e Kosovën, janë paguar dhe kanë qenë vegla të Vladimir Putinit. Që i bie se edhe këta vegla të BIA-s në Kosovë janë në borderotë e Carit të Kremlinit.
