The former chief negotiator of Kosovo for talks with Serbia, Edita Tahiti, has assessed that the "American punishment" is costing Kosovo.
In her "Facebook" profile, she wrote that Kosovo's leaders are stuck at home, participating only in regional meetings.
In the absence of other invitations, she said, some senior officials of Kosovo are participating in these forums.
According to her, Kosovo is in an ugly decline of diplomacy.
"American punishment costs! The trio of the state stuck at home, now running after invitations to regional meetings, even going two or three to the same meeting, begging for the lifting of sanctions against Kosovo... the ugly fall of Kosovo's diplomacy!", Tahiri wrote.
