The Kosovo Police has announced that today it is conducting five checks in three municipalities in the north of Kosovo.
It is learned that the target of these controls is also the villa of the vice president of the Serbian List, Milan Radojicic.
His villa located in Ujman is being raided since 6:00 in the morning.
According to the announcement of the Kosovo Police, these operations are being carried out in connection with the recent events that took place in the village of Banjské.
"The police operation is ongoing by the relevant units of the Kosovo Police, with the presence of the Prosecutor (of the PSRK) at the scene. On this occasion, the Kosovo Police informs the citizens that they do not need to worry", the announcement states
These control orders are being implemented in coordination with EULEX and KFOR.
Milan Radojicic, according to the Minister of the Interior, Xhelal Sveçla, was part of the terrorist group which last Sunday killed a policeman in Banjska i Zveçani.
After this case, the Police undertook an action to neutralize this group which had taken refuge in the Banjska Monastery.
Three terrorists were killed in this action.
