Yesterday, the Kosovo Police seized a significant amount of weapons in Prelluzha, Vushtrri.
According to the police, an AK-47 automatic rifle, a semi-automatic rifle, three magazines, 360 rounds of 7.62 mm caliber, 4 hand grenades and a trombone were found in a garbage dump.
The relevant KSF and KFOR units have also arrived at the scene. The explosive devices were taken by the KSF unit, while the weapons and ammunition were seized by the police units.
The case is being investigated.

Prelluzhe, Vushtrri 16.10.2023 – 15:00 The Kosovar male witness reported that while he was collecting scrap metal in a place where garbage is thrown, he came across firearms and explosive devices. The relevant police units went to the scene where they found: an AK-47 automatic rifle, a semi-automatic rifle, three magazines, 360 rounds of 7.62 mm caliber, 4 hand grenades and a trombone. The relevant KSF and KFOR units have also arrived at the scene. Explosive devices were recovered from the KSF unit, while weapons and ammunition were recovered from police units. Regarding the case, the prosecutor has been notified, who has made the designation of the case and continues to investigate", it is stated in the police announcement.
