How did the event happen?
The serious event that shook Kosovo happened on Wednesday on "Dalip Alshiçi" street in Pristina. The event was reported as a robbery that escalated into the use of a weapon from which the now deceased Liridona Murseli died.
Liridona Murseli's husband, Naim Murseli, also a former adviser to the former president of Kosovo, Behgjet Pacolli, was present at the scene, inside the car. He confessed to the police that the incident started as a robbery and ended with the murder of his wife.
Together with the couple in the car were their two children, who left the car together with their father, as they saw that their mother was killed by a firearm.
"Regarding the case, her husband was interviewed, the Kosovar male witness who had managed to leave the car with their two children. "Relevant police units, the prosecutor and the emergency aid have gone to the scene, the doctor has confirmed the death of the victim," the police announcement said.
But the testimony of the man raised doubts, who took the children and left his wife there. Then the police managed to track down the perpetrator, who confessed everything after being handcuffed.
