For the second time in a year, Kosovo is holding parliamentary elections today. According to data from the Kosovo Central Election Commission, as of 1:00 p.m., the highest voter turnout was recorded in at least 6 municipalities in the country.
In Pristina, 10.90 percent of citizens voted, or 23,935 out of 219,000 eligible voters. According to local media, the turnout in the municipality of Shtime was 10.12 percent (2,812 voters) by 1:00 p.m., while in Gjilan, 9.37 percent or 9,831 voters voted. In Podujevo, 9.30 percent or 7,845 voters voted.
High voter turnout was also recorded in Novo Brdo with 14.50 percent (1,455 voters), North Mitrovica with 14.58 percent or 2,556 voters and Zvecan with 12.52 percent or 860 voters.
Meanwhile, in the Serb-majority municipalities of Zubin Potok and Leposavić, voter turnout has been lower so far, 1.15 and 2.03 percent, respectively.

Ne fillim na thane qe ne jemi zotnij se kemi kerra e ju Shqiptaret nuk keni asgje. Po tani qurrashet qe na zhyejne plazhet e habiten me mrekullite e Shqiperise vetem per 30 vite. Pastroni shtetin nga provincialet, fshateret e maloket e do e shihni se si Shqiperia do te jete diamanti me i cmuar ne gjoksin e botes.
