A full year ago, the videos of a fight that escalated into a physical fight between Elja Zaharias and Prince Leka made a huge splash on the internet. It would be difficult for anyone, but when the event becomes public, the pressure becomes even greater. Such was the divorce of Elja and Prince Leka, accompanied afterwards by many news and speculations that, without a doubt, were not easy for both families to cope with.
For the Muji Zaharia family, that was the event, really unpleasant, but what Elja needed was the family's support.
Invited this afternoon to "S'e luan Topi", with Erjona Rusin, the well-known actor Amos Muji Zaharia, shared his experience of that event, which was conveyed with an extraordinary media pressure.
" It's normal that I didn't experience it well, but I also think about this: If the journey of a couple has come to an end, it's probably better for each of them to continue on their own path, to try to find what they don't have found when they were not together. Maybe it was a kind of relief on the part of both of them to stop there and continue... Life does not end, it is full of surprises, life has many beautiful moments that can bring you in the future. It's not the end of the world.
We talked a lot together, and I tried to stay close to him at that moment, because I know it's not easy, especially when it's the whole of Albania that's following what's happening. People, being totally anonymous, experience this very badly, imagine when you also have a very big pressure which is the opinion of the society that will give their opinion without knowing things well. I knew that it was a very difficult moment for Elja and the only thing I could do and the whole family can do is to stay by her side. And that's exactly what we did... " he said.
But Amos is very happy that Geraldina is already in their family, because according to her, he "is the best uncle in the world..."
