A lawyer for one of Diddy's accusers has claimed that a 'high-profile person' was present during the 'pornographic' acts at the rapper's house.
Sean 'Diddy' Combs, 54, who has been denied bail by the Court, was charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and engaging in prostitution earlier this month in New York City.
Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, the attorney for one of the music artist's accusers, appeared during Friday's episode of NewsNation's Banfield and stated that someone had contacted her about 'selling one of Diddy's tapes.'
She claimed the person was 'high profile' but did not reveal the name of the individual who could be seen on the tape.
"There have already been tapes floating around Hollywood being bought, but a special person contacted me to buy a special video."
While also at Banfield, the attorney discussed one of her clients, who was allegedly sexually assaulted by Combs in 2018.
According to Mitchell-Kidd, the accuser had also filed a police report after allegedly being able to 'run away' at the time.
"She contacted me a few weeks ago. She called me and told me about the attack and her escape," said Ariel.
"She was at a friend's house who had connections in the industry and Diddy decided to come over."
However, it wasn't until Diddy arrived home that she realized he had plans to sex-traffick her.
'That led to her being served a drink. She started to feel dizzy. Combs sexually assaulted her with an object," Mitchell-Kidd claimed.
