Gay porn star Austin Wolfe, whose real name is Justin Heath Smith, has been sentenced to 19 years in prison. The court found him guilty on two counts related to the sexual exploitation of minors.
Specifically, he was found guilty of luring a minor and engaging in activities involving prohibited sexual conduct. Wolfe was also sentenced to 10 years of probation and a $40,000 fine.
“Justin Heath Smith’s crimes against children are horrific,” Jay Clayton, U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, said in a statement. “He targeted children as young as seven, and all New Yorkers want to see him off our streets for as long as possible and never come near our children again.”
The prosecutor continued: “The women and men of our office, as well as our law enforcement partners, are absolutely determined to clear our streets of those who sexually exploit our children. Our message to perpetrators is clear: there is no place for you in New York City except in prison.”
The 44-year-old porn star was initially charged with possession and distribution of child pornography. In June 2025, he pleaded guilty to one count of inciting a minor to engage in sexual activity in a federal court hearing in Manhattan.
Justin Heath Smith was arrested in April 2024 after federal authorities raided his Manhattan apartment. During the raid, authorities discovered approximately 200 videos containing child pornography on an SD card.
According to prosecutors, he was found to have repeatedly exploited and attempted to sexually exploit underage victims since 2023. Late that year or early 2024, Smith and another man met with a 15-year-old. “During the encounter, the man performed oral sex on the minor while Smith masturbated,” prosecutors said in a statement.
“Smith also had sexual intercourse at least three times with an individual he believed to be 15 years old, but who was actually an adult,” the affidavit said. “Smith recorded one of these encounters, a threesome with the other defendant.”
Prosecutors added that Smith attempted to “meet other minors to engage in sexual activities.” According to court records, the minors were 12 and 14 years old.
In January 2024, Smith and another man (referred to as “Man-2”) met “to sexually abuse a nine-year-old child for whom Man-2 claimed to be caring.” However, after Smith arrived at Man-2’s apartment building, the latter canceled the meeting, while Smith waited downstairs.
The following month, Smith “made plans to meet a 14-year-old for sex. He gave him the address of his apartment building, but “the planned meeting ultimately did not take place,” prosecutors said.
“He solicited child sexual abuse material from at least one minor and several individuals who claimed to be minors,” prosecutors said. They allege he inappropriately communicated and exchanged sexually explicit images with a 15-year-old boy and a 12-year-old boy.
Smith also planned to meet with a man who had a 7-year-old child, “who offered to give the child to Smith for sexual abuse.” Federal authorities raided and arrested Smith before the meeting took place.
