Argentine showgirl Belén Rodriguez has ended up in hospital after an alarm from neighbours that mobilised police, ambulance and firefighters in central Milan.
According to Italian media, the incident occurred on the morning of May 25 , at around 7:00 a.m., in her apartment in the elite Brera area. A neighbor allegedly heard screams coming from the moderator's apartment and immediately called emergency services.
"Help, help me!", reportedly heard for several minutes from her bathroom window.
After the report, police patrols, ambulances and firefighters arrived at the scene, while the area was temporarily blocked off due to the emergency operation.
According to reports, authorities conducted a several-hour negotiation with Rodriguez, who opened the door only moments before firefighters intervened by force.
Sources close to the incident said the 41-year-old appeared to be in a serious emotional and physical state. She was then transported to the Policlinico di Milano under a yellow code for medical checks.
The hospital announced that her condition is stabilized and that she has been released after treatment and medical evaluations.
Meanwhile, Belén Rodriguez's name has also been implicated in another incident that is being investigated by local police in Milan.
According to testimonies reported by Italian media, two people claim to have seen Rodriguez driving a Land Rover Defender, which is suspected of being involved in two separate accidents on Saturday evening.
The first accident reportedly occurred near the Arco della Pace area, where the vehicle allegedly damaged a parked car. A few minutes later, in the Brera area, the SUV reportedly hit a motorcycle and several other vehicles.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported in either case.
Police are investigating to verify the ownership of the vehicle and to confirm who was behind the wheel at the time of the incidents. Meanwhile, Belén Rodriguez continues to be the center of attention in the Italian media.
