The Albanian living in Italy spoke at the 43rd day rally, expressing support for the protesters and addressing the prime minister with a political message.
A young Albanian woman living in Italy spoke at the 43rd protest in front of the Prime Minister's Office, where she expressed her support for citizens participating in the rallies and said that she had joined the protest for three days.
During her speech, she expressed that she represents the voice of many Albanians in the diaspora, who, according to her, continue to follow developments in the country with concern.
"Today is only the third day that I have come to protest with thousands of sisters and brothers. I am part of the diaspora that has been screaming for 36 years: 'When will this Albania be?'. Running around the world to survive is difficult, but how much courage does it take to stay here to protect your land?" she declared.
At the end of her speech, the young woman addressed Prime Minister Edi Rama with a call for his resignation.
"Rama, resign! Karma is a b*tch and it is bigger than Edi Rama!" , she said to the protesters.
The protest in front of the Prime Minister's Office has entered its 43rd day, while organizers have stated that the rallies will continue in the coming days. As of the time of publication of this news, there has been no new official reaction from the government regarding the statements made during the protest.
