A terrifying incident has occurred at the luxurious residence of the famous singer Rihanna in Beverly Hills, where a woman allegedly opened fire on the artist's home while she was inside.
According to reports from the Los Angeles Times and NBC4, citing a Los Angeles Police Department spokesperson, authorities received a call about the incident at around 1:21 p.m. on Sunday, March 8. A 30-year-old suspect was arrested at the scene.
Reports indicate that Rihanna was inside the house during the shooting, but fortunately she was not injured. About 10 shots were fired from a vehicle parked on the street in front of her residence's gate, and one of the bullets even went through a wall of the house.
It has not yet been confirmed whether the artist's partner, A$AP Rocky, and their three children were home at the time of the incident. According to People magazine, Rihanna is "in good health."
A resident of the area, Keith England, told FOX 11 Los Angeles that the moments were very scary:
"It was horrible. I can't imagine what it's like to be at home and hear bullets hitting the walls."
Shortly after the incident, police found the vehicle used by the suspect in the parking lot of a shopping mall, where she was arrested. Authorities are continuing their investigation to determine the motive for the attack and secure the surrounding area.
