She has suffered a major incident: a broken leg. Kim has her leg in an orthopedic cast, with Fergie's 'Clumsy' playing in the background and crutches visible next to her.

"FML," (Fu.ck my life) Kim wrote next to the photo, adding an emoji expressing irritation. "Broken leg for the holidays".
