
Ronaldo Sharka was this morning invited to "Wake Up", where he talked about the important decision he made to lose weight.
He said that at first he didn't have a problem with the negative comments about his health, but as time went by, they became very annoying.
"In the beginning, I took the comments with a lot of sportsmanship, let's say it bluntly, 'you have become like a cow,'" said Sharka
The former resident of the second edition of "Big Brother VIP" added that he started the gym only 1 and a half months ago and from 120 he dropped to 109 kilograms.
"I was at a stage where I didn't even tie my sneakers, so my stomach was causing difficulties, breathing difficulties, I begged the director to get the plan off my chest because I was very complex," said the well-known moderator.
Asked who made the negative comments, Ronaldo said:
"Everyone, even people you claim have some kind of communication level and some kind of career status, but also everyday people. At first I didn't have a problem, then it started to become very annoying, until one fine day after the end of the "Top Arena" where I was part of the staff, where I had eaten even more than I should. By the middle of July, practically 1 and a half months have passed since I made the decision to start the gym. I was at a stage where I didn't even tie my sneakers, so my stomach was causing difficulties, breathing difficulties, I begged the director to get the plan off my chest because I was very complex. No matter how many people talk to you, you just need that click in your head to say "stop and now is the moment for you to be the most beautiful man on Albanian screens".
"I'm 1.86 centimeters, maybe it didn't look as much as it might look now. The day I started the gym I weighed 120 kg and now I'm 109 kg. So minus 11 kilograms", Sharka then added.
When asked about the foods he now consumes, Ronaldo replied:
"I did something very simple, I told myself "go home and eat mom's food". There is no need for package diets either, which at the end of the day are a business, but you need to eat home-cooked food, no bread, no sweets. I cut out sugar, any kind of dough, the foods I used to order. My dinner ends at 7 pm."
